Requisiti fondamentaliProven experience as a Lead Engineer with tech leadership in B2C or product-led settings.
Hands-on or strong interest in applying ML/AI to product problems; experience with production ML is a plus.
Understanding of personalization strategies and their impact on conversion and monetization.
Ability to break down complex systems and drive business outcomes.
Experience building distributed systems and REST APIs.
Product-minded with a focus on real user problems and measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration experience.
Track record of driving initiatives impacting funnel performance or revenue KPIs.
