Develop industrial and business plans
Conduct feasibility studies for new businesses and innovative products




Manage complex strategic reorganization transactions and business integration deals
Define and implement operating models and performance improvement programs
Shape business strategy for major financial institutions (distribution networks, pricing, marketing)
Conduct market benchmarking and evolution analysis in financial sectors
Apply innovative technological solutions to performance improvements
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster in Management Engineering, Finance, Management or related field
More than 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and teamwork skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
