You act as the RTW voice in-store, partnering with the team to grow the category and showcase deep product knowledge.
You handle demanding client situations, train peers, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain compelling displays.
This role combines brand advocacy with sales leadership to shape a premier client experience.
ResponsabilitàProvide expert RTW guidance to clients, supporting colleagues with detailed information when needed
Assess client style and recommend product matches as a strong style advisor
Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall objectives and share product passion
Develop extensive knowledge of the RTW category and stay ahead of competition
Represent RTW as an ambassador,



driving business and serving as a category reference in-store
Partner with the Store Manager to grow sales and engage the team in selling skills and product knowledge
Coordinate with Visual Merchandiser to ensure RTW category is well displayed
Support Field Coach Trainer in developing selling skills and product knowledge in-store
