Overview

In this role you will drive data-informed marketing and communications to connect Corteva’s innovations with farmers’ needs. You’ll collaborate with local sales, product marketing, and external partners to execute Italy-focused campaigns and digital content. You will manage Italian web content, measure performance, and optimize touchpoints across digital channels, while aligning with global best practices. This position offers a hands-on chance to shape customer journeys and boost product awareness in a meaningful agribusiness context.

Responsabilità

- Manage and update Corteva Italy websites and assets; oversee SEO and align content with central initiatives
- Design and track marketing campaigns; measure performance metrics and report to stakeholders
- Coordinate with marketing agencies to implement Italy-specific tactics and campaigns
- Develop integrated customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints with consistent messaging




- Translate technical product information into customer-centric communications for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with global teams to reuse assets and share best practices

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor/Master in marketing, communication, media or related area
- Flexible and highly organized with strong multitasking and stakeholder management
- Strong project and time management skills; self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to deliver results in a cross-functional environment
- Interest in emerging digital marketing practices; experience with digital marketing tools a plus (Adobe Experience Manager, Eloqua, SharePoint, Google AdWords)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to build relationships
