/p h3Your R ole and I mpact /h3 pAs Assistant Store Manager , you will play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards.
You will help create a high-performing, consumer-focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience.

/p h3K ey R esponsibilities /h3 pSupport the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance /p pLead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service culture /p pMotivate, coach,
