Advise fellow architects on areas of depth
Develop and leverage the BCG technical community for client impact
Analyze complex IT landscapes and current architectures
Identify non-trivial technology decisions for clients
Narrate architectural building blocks and their significance

Optimize application development processes
Requisiti fondamentali10 to 15 years' experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery, or technology consulting
Ability to bring unique tech perspectives from outside consulting into engagements
Strategic mindset with hypothesis-driven, iterative approach
Self-managed with leadership potential to influence designers, engineers, and PMs
Progressing thought leadership in deep tech
Knowledge of DevOps practices and Continuous Improvement
Strong understanding of IaaS/PaaS, container orchestration, service mesh, API gateways, and decision-making between commercial vs open-source software
Experience with legacy integration and remediation (facades, strangler pattern)
Deep understanding of integration patterns (events, synchronous vs asynchronous)
University degree with strong academic performance in STEM, IT, or business administration
Fluent in English and Italian
