/p pWe are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Product Manager – Supply Chain Due Diligence Responsible Business Practices to join our Business Assurance team.
In this role, you will support the development, delivery, and growth of sustainability and due diligence services, helping organizations navigate evolving regulatory requirements, responsible sourcing expectations, and supply chain risks across global markets.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and enhance Supply Chain Due Diligence and Responsible Business Practices service offerings.
/li liCreate and maintain assessment methodologies, audit protocols, tools, and technical guidance.
/li liAct as a subject matter expert on due diligence regulations and responsible business practices.
/li liSupport auditor qualification, training, and competence development.
/li liLead or participate in audits, assessments, supplier evaluations, and gap analyses.
/li liProvide technical support for customer projects, proposals, and strategic accounts.
/li liCollaborate with sales teams on customer presentations, workshops, webinars, and business development initiatives.
/li liMonitor regulatory developments, market trends, and emerging customer needs.




/li liWork closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure service excellence and portfolio growth.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Law, Social Sciences, or related fields.
/li li3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Due Diligence, Sustainability, ESG, Responsible Sourcing, Social Compliance, Auditing, Risk Management, or Compliance.
/li liExperience conducting audits, assessments, supplier evaluations, or compliance reviews.
/li liStrong knowledge of supply chain due diligence frameworks and regulations, including: ul liEUDR /li liEUBR /li liFLR /li liLkSG /li liCSDDD /li liOECD Due Diligence Guidance /li /ul /li liStrong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
/li liCustomer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
/li liProfessional proficiency in English; German and other languages are a plus.
/li liAbility to work independently in an international and multicultural environment.

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and professional experience.
