-- HR SPECIALIST Work location: Italy, Lombardy, Erba Sector: Rubber and Plastics Industry Role: Human Resources Date of last update: 01/09/2026 Job description STAFF S.p.A., Divisione Permanent Staffing is looking for a HR SPECIALIST for a client company operating in the rubber and plastics sector, located near Erba (CO).
Location: near Erba (CO) Contract: permanent contract Hours: full-time day, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday The resource will be inserted in the HR office and will report directly to the Management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: Definition and implementation of human resources management and development strategies, in agreement with the Management; Recruiting, selection and onboarding; Personnel administration and payroll support; Management of trade union relations and disciplinary aspects; Staff training and development; Monitoring and analysis of labor costs and main HR KPIs; Management of relations with Labor Consultant, external bodies and suppliers; Use and optimization of HR systems, preferably Zucchetti.
REQUIREMENTS: Three-year and/or specialist degree in humanities; Previous experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, gained in production and manufacturing contexts,



is required; Good knowledge of labor law and payroll processes; Excellent knowledge of Excel and preferably Zucchetti; Good relational, negotiation and organizational skills; Proactive approach, problem solving and decision-making ability; Good knowledge of the English language (B2/C1 level); Knowledge of Lean is a plus.
