About the Role:
We are currently looking for passionate Engineering Graduates for our positions as Shift Maintenance Leader based in our plants inAlba Plant!

Main Responsibilities:
As aShift Maintenance LeaderatFerrero, you will manage various activities in the areas ofMaintenance,Intervention Planning and Human Resources Management, reporting to the Maintenance Production Unit Manager.
Covering this position, you will coordinateshifts maintenance teams, support interventions and collaborate in the realization of new projects.
You will be responsible for defining, organizing and managing the realization ofperiodical revision programs,ordinary, extraordinary and soft interventions, while optimizing relative costs in order to achieve production results, both in qualitative and quantitative terms.
You will be responsible for thepredictive maintenance schedulingand evaluating on-call requests and prioritising them, as well as ensuring the correct application ofsafety standards and safe behaviour.
You will also be in charge of the budgeting activity, identifying all indications related to resource needs (personnel, spare parts, external service companies).
About You:
You will bring your university Master's Degree background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics) and eventually some initial experience of one or two years in otherManufacturing companies.




You will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your good understanding ofmaintenance processesandinterpersonal and management skills.
Your desire forinternational mobilitywill be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.
As a good communicator, yourfluency in both Italian and Englishwill be key to gain a wide intercultural competence.
As a focal point in the maintenance process,you will work on shifts.
What We Offer:
The role is classified at Level 2° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €******.The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
