Customer Service & Technical Support Specialist Blupura Marche, Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy

- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to dealers and service partners
- Manage warranty claims and related documentation
- Ensure timely and effective responses to technical inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Deliver technical training sessions remotely, at dealer locations, and at Blupura facilities
- Support dealers in developing their technical capabilities and product knowledge
- Management of technical-commercial communication aimed to DACH customers
- Support the Sales Department with spare parts inquiries and quotations
- Assist dealers and customers in identifying the correct spare parts and service solutions




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely warranty order processing and delivery.

Requirements

- Previous experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, After-Sales Service, or a similar role
- Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is considered a strong advantage
- German language proficiency at a professional level (written and spoken)
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
- Availability to travel within the DACH region and occasionally internationally for dealer visits, training activities, and customer support.
