OverviewIn this HR Business Partner role, you will lead people strategies and drive recruitment for the launch of a new manufacturing site.
You will partner with business leaders to design scalable hiring and talent development plans, supporting the site's installation, start-up, and ramp-up in a global, quality-focused environment.
You will shape the employer brand within the local community and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workforce planning and people processes.
This is a strategic greenfield project offering meaningful impact on talent, culture, and operational success.
ResponsabilitàLead end-to-end recruitment strategy for a new manufacturing site and manage attraction, selection, and onboarding
Contribute to the People Strategy and implement initiatives to attract, develop and retain employees
Coordinate workforce planning for the specific business unit and engage local stakeholders
Drive employer branding initiatives and align recruitment with local market needs




Oversee performance and talent management, including calibration and development planning
Lead talent reviews to ensure high performance and development
Establish constructive relationships with managers, employees, and representatives to foster collaboration
Requisiti fondamentali7+ years of HR experience
Experience in high-volume recruitment projects
Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred
Experience with greenfield or startup large-scale projects is a strong plus
Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
Experience in Employer Branding and Talent Attraction
Fluent in Italian and English
