OverviewAs HR Business Partner for Group Operations, you will partner with business leaders to translate HR strategy into practices across multiple countries.

ResponsabilitàAct as trusted HR partner for Group Operations Directors and Leaders; guide on policies and people practices
Support implementation of HR strategies across functions
Coordinate HR teams across countries and plants to ensure consistent execution
Monitor HR metrics, workforce trends, and labor costs; support headcount planning and budgeting
Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, salary reviews, and succession planning
Support recruiting activities and internal mobility
Ensure accuracy of employee data and compliance with policies
Maintain timely HR documentation and governance across the organization
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor in Economics, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields (education requirement)
Approximately 8 years of HR Business Partner experience in structured, international organizations
Experience supporting multi-country environments and managing global stakeholders
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
