ABOUT THE JOB Based at the Bologna plant, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR processes for the Bologna and Turin manufacturing sites, reporting directly to the Division Regional HR Manager and working in close collaboration with local plant managers and COEs MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Personnel Administration: Manage the end-to-end personnel administration cycle for both plants, working in cooperation with the external payroll office.
Industrial Relations: Support plant managers and the Regional HR Manager in the day-to-day management of local industrial and labor union relations.
