Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with revenue goals.
Oversee group and MICE inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
Manage the entire sales cycle,



from qualification and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract finalization.
Foster strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
Work closely with operations and other departments to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional guest experience.
Support pre-opening activities and contribute to establishing efficient sales processes and workflows.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing regular insights and updates.
Act as the main point of contact for all sales inquiries, showcasing independence and proactive leadership.
