The resources will be responsible for managing incoming calls for various services, ensuring punctual, professional, and effective assistance to users.
Main activities Management of inbound calls from customers and users.
Opening and management of intervention requests.
Collection and entry of information into company systems.
Referral of reports to competent representatives.
Telephone support and management of requests in compliance with company procedures.
Activity carried out on multiple services, with particular reference to emergency services.
Requirements Excellent communication and listening skills.
Good familiarity with IT tools and PC use.
Precision, reliability, and ability to work following defined procedures.
Teamwork attitude and customer orientation.
Availability for shift work, with a prevalence of night shifts.
Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
