ResponsabilitàOwn complex, high-risk, multi-country payrolls across EMEA and serve as the payroll expert for calculations, statutory interpretation, and regulatory changes
Process multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure regulatory compliance; manage off-cycle payments and final pay calculations
Validate/correct payroll data, escalate/discrepancies, and recommend improvements including automation




Maintain and audit payroll records (tax withholdings, benefits, direct deposits); conduct regular data accuracy audits
Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration for regional consistency; support rollout of standardized workflows
Document and implement standardized payroll procedures; contribute to harmonization milestones and system enhancements
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree in accounting or business or minimum of 7 years of related payroll experience
5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment
Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar
Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions
Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages advantageous
exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
