OverviewAs Manager of Business Strategy & Analytics, you partner with senior leadership to drive growth, performance, and transformation for the CCH Tagetik business.
You will lead strategic planning, market intelligence, and advanced analytics, turning data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
You'll act as a strategic and analytical center of excellence, translating market, customer, financial, and operational data into recommendations.
This role offers the chance to shape GTM priorities, governance, and KPI frameworks in a fast-growing, AI-enabled SaaS environment.
ResponsabilitàSupport development and execution of growth strategy and annual strategic planning
Own operating rhythm: monthly reviews, QBRs, KPI governance, executive reporting
Conduct market assessments, segmentation, industry and competitive analyses
Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for growth initiatives and GTM priorities




Facilitate strategy workshops and scenario planning
Monitor AI, SaaS, cloud trends and implications for strategy
Lead complex analyses across commercial performance, forecasting and operational efficiency
Drive adoption of BI and AI-enabled analytics tools
Prepare executive presentations and decision-support materials
Act as trusted advisor across Sales, Product, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations
Requisiti fondamentali7+ years in business strategy, strategic planning, analytics, or enterprise SaaS
Proven experience supporting executive leadership and data-driven decision-making
Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud or subscription businesses preferred
