OverviewIn this role you will shape and activate marketing strategy for Abbott's ANI PH portfolio.
You will lead a cross-functional team to grow category share, profitability, and clinical adoption in hospitals and with healthcare professionals, while driving consumer engagement downstream.
You'll partner with senior leaders to execute plans, measure ROI, and optimize budgets, ensuring the brand maintains leadership in adult nutrition.
ResponsabilitàDevelop annual marketing plans and best-in-class execution to grow demand and share
Lead Hospital strategic plan and downstream consumer engagement to boost lifetime value
Measure and report business performance; prioritize growth drivers and ROI
Drive ethical marketing with HCPs and increase brand adoption and recommendation share
Build partnerships with KOLs to secure physician advocacy and support




Manage portfolio marketing budget with tracking and prioritization
Lead the monthly Sales & Operations planning process for brands
Foster development of the brand team and ensure cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Regulatory, Finance and Supply Chain
Contribute to business planning as a member of the extended leadership team
