ResponsabilitàAnalyze after-sales business processes and gather requirements from frontline teams and dealers to design solutions
Participate in the implementation and integration of DMS, SAP, WMS, OMS, TIS, and related systems




Develop and maintain after-sales reporting systems to enhance visibility and decision-making
Conduct system operation training and develop user materials for staff and dealers
Propose and implement innovative system solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on NEV tech trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years in system support, software development, or digital transformation in after-sales or automotive industry
Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#, and experience with system integration, SQL databases
Familiarity with REST API, SOAP, and other integration technologies
Strong project management and ability to deliver cross-department projects
Excellent communication with business teams, technical teams, and external vendors
