Requisiti fondamentali10+ years of full-stack software development experience
Experience with multi-language backends and scale-focused challenges
Mastery of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar)
Advanced fluency with product analytics platforms (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and experimentation
DevOps and cloud proficiency (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability)
Ability to break down complex problems into executable plans and tradeoffs
Proven leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional teams
