/ppbr/ppThis is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management within an international environment, supporting some of Wella Company's iconic professional hair brands across Southern Europe.
/ppbr/ppThe role will primarily support Wella Professionals across Italy and France, while also contributing to the management of System Professional, Kadus Professional and Sassoon Professional across the Southern European cluster.
/ppbr/ppYou will work closely with the Brand Management team and collaborate with different markets and functions, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of marketing.
/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliSupport the development and execution of brand plans and marketing initiatives across Southern Europe.
/liliContribute to product launches, campaigns, activations and promotional activities.
/liliMonitor and analyze key business, brand and market KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
/liliSupport the preparation of presentations, reports and business updates.




/liliCoordinate with local teams across different Southern European markets to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.
/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners on ongoing projects.

/liliStrong interest in marketing, brand management and the beauty industry.
/liliPrevious marketing experience is a plus, but attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are the most important factors.
/liliStrong analytical mindset and confidence working with data.
/liliFluent English, both written and spoken.
/liliCurious, proactive and eager to learn.
/liliStrong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several topics simultaneously.
/liliGood communication and collaboration skills.
