Oversee projects to streamline processes and increase quality of service
Analyse shift performance and implement actions to improve operational excellence
Collaborate with management-level colleagues to standardize shift practices

Requisiti fondamentaliAdvanced proficiency in verbal and written Italian (CEFR C1)
A degree
Relevant experience in people management
Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders including peers and leadership
Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (CEFR C1)
Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
Preferred: experience in logistics or similar environments
