/liliAnalyse production processes, operational flows and efficiency improvement opportunities.
/liliDevelop and maintain operational KPIs, productivity metrics and performance dashboards.
/liliAnalyse labour productivity, workforce utilization, working hours and operational cost drivers.
/liliSupport production planning through capacity analysis and operational performance insights.
/liliMonitor production, warehouse and logistics costs, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting cost control initiatives.
/liliSupport implementation of reporting tools, dashboards and performance management routines.
/liliWork with IT and business functions to improve data quality, reporting processes and analytical capabilities.
/liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.

/lili8–12 years of experience in industrial controlling, operations finance, manufacturing performance management or operational excellence.
/liliExperience in complex production or manufacturing environments.
/liliStrong knowledge of labour productivity, workforce planning and operational cost analysis.
/liliExperience with ERP systems, business intelligence tools and operational reporting.
/liliAdvanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
/liliFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
/liliGood English proficiency.
