OverviewAs the CRM Systems Specialist, you enable Salesforce-driven operations across the organization by supporting users, maintaining data quality, and optimizing system effectiveness.
You will administer Salesforce, handle user support, and document processes while partnering with cross-functional teams on enhancements and improvements.
This role blends hands-on administration with training and knowledge sharing to boost adoption.
You'll engage with Sales, Service, and marketing processes to enable efficient, data-driven decisions.
ResponsabilitàProvide day-to-day Salesforce user support and promote best practices across the business
Perform routine CRM administration and data maintenance to ensure accuracy and integrity
Manage account, contact, opportunity, and lead data, including imports, merges, and hierarchy changes
Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources
Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of Salesforce enhancements and new functionality
Assist with user requests, issue resolution,



and other Salesforce or business application support activities
Collaborate and cross-train with team members to support broader business processes and applications
Requisiti fondamentali2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and marketing-related processes
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience
Strong understanding of CRM systems, data management, and business processes
