ResponsabilitàAnalyze workforce requirements and capacity to align with workloads and production volumes
Monitor productivity and KPIs, identifying gaps between planned and actual results
Conduct time studies and maintain standard operating times
Develop and sustain operational standards, procedures, and work methods
Identify and evaluate process improvements to support cost reduction
Lead continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, 5S, Workplace Organization) and assist implementation of operational excellence
Provide cross-functional analytical support to Operations, Controlling, Project Teams, HSE, and HR for data-driven decisions
Contribute to SOPs, organizational standards, safe work practices, ergonomic solutions, and workload optimization
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (minimum: Bachelor in Engineering)
3+ years' experience in a complex manufacturing environment
Deep knowledge of production processes
Proficiency in reporting tools, process analysis, and understanding operative performance
