OverviewAs Partner Program Manager at OVHcloud, you drive the creation, activation, and scaling of a strategic partner ecosystem to generate pipeline and sustainable revenue.
You work closely with sales and GTM teams to onboard partners, enable them with training and co-marketing, and lead joint account planning.
You will shape the partner program by driving co-selling initiatives and measuring performance.
This role offers the chance to influence OVHcloud's market share through data-driven partner strategies and practical enablement.
ResponsabilitàPartner acquisition: recruit and onboard high-potential partners (VARs, SIs, MSPs, consultancies) aligned with priorities
Partner enablement: train and certify partners; develop joint business plans and GTM strategies
Pipeline & revenue growth: drive co-selling and joint account planning to boost partner contributions
Performance management: monitor KPIs,



run QBRs, scale top partners and re-engage others
GTM & ecosystem activation: run co-marketing campaigns and enablement events; bridge OVHcloud sales with partners
Requisiti fondamentali5+ years in Partnership, Channel, or Sales roles within IT (Cloud, Hosting, VARs, SIs, or MSPs)
Sales mindset with track record of partner-led revenue
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
CRM proficiency and strong Cloud market understanding
Fluent in Italian; professional English proficiency
