Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
Strong analysis, documentation, and communication skills
Proficiency in advanced analytics and data manipulation software: R, Python, SAS, SQL, or SPSS
Effective teamwork and ability to work with limited supervision and timelines
Excellent command of Italian and English (verbal and written)
Ability to manage high work volume and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and willingness to travel
At least 5 years of experience in specialized consulting firms, top-tier banking or financial institutions
