ResponsabilitàLead, coach and develop the sales team to boost performance and harmonize approaches
Coordinate, monitor and review sales activities (account planning, funnel, offers/pricing) to drive growth
Manage and deepen relationships with clients and key accounts to meet needs
Develop and execute strategic account plans, including upsell/cross-sell and negotiations
Participate in recruitment, onboarding and continuous training of sales staff




Balance strategic leadership with hands-on account management to prioritize client satisfaction
Oversee distributors and dealers to ensure aligned sales execution
Collaborate with Sales Director to define targets and implement Group/Area/Zone strategy
Support long-term success by mentoring and developing internal direct resources and external agencies
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, or related field (Life Sciences focus preferred)
5+ years of strategic sales experience and proven leadership of sales teams
Strong track record of sales success and long-lasting customer relationships
Ability to motivate and develop people with clear goal setting and progress tracking
Excellent communication skills across team, clients, and internal stakeholders
Experience designing and executing sales strategies that deliver results
