OverviewIn this role you lead AI-driven automation initiatives across an international organization, collaborating with business functions and IT to turn AI, GenAI, and data analytics into automated end-to-end processes.
You define target solutions, build a robust business case, and drive end-to-end implementation with cross-functional teams.
You oversee budgeting, prioritization, and coordination with Data Scientists and IT Architects to deliver scalable automation solutions.

ResponsabilitàIdentify, analyze and manage AI/GenAI solutions with business units to automate end-to-end processes
Create a pipeline of high-potential initiatives and drive project setup
Analyse as-is processes, build business cases, design target solutions and iterate during testing
Oversee end-to-end implementation, prioritize work, manage budgets, and coordinate internal service providers




Coordinate solution development across logical/algorithmic design with Data Scientists and architecture/deployment with IT Architects and Global Digital Factory
Engage regularly with business functions and top management to align on projects and outcomes
Requisiti fondamentali1–5 years of experience in consulting or corporate roles managing intelligent automation, AI, digital transformation, or operational excellence projects
Strong experience in process mapping and process redesign
Excellent knowledge of Office package, especially Excel
Good written and spoken English (B2)
Strong teamwork, autonomy, proactivity, commitment and outcome orientation
Strong ability to communicate with different organizational levels
Basic knowledge of IT architecture
Strong problem-solving, creativity and determination
Strong analytical and deductive skills with familiarity in designing/evaluating algorithms
