ResponsabilitàDefine and enforce SLOs/SLIs and error budgets across development teams
Collaborate with software architects to ensure reliability, scalability, and security in designs




Set up and uphold quality gates in CI/CD to prevent production deployment without reliability criteria
Oversee post-mortems and drive bug fixes and architectural improvements
Design chaos engineering scenarios and game days to validate resilience
Analyze development workflows to identify inefficiencies and guide automation efforts
Requisiti fondamentali4+ years in Software Engineering, SRE, or Technical Product Management with SDLC knowledge
Distributed systems architecture and cloud-native patterns (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience establishing SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and continuous improvement frameworks
Observability experience (Prometheus, Datadog, OpenTelemetry) to review health metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence engineering practices and mentor without authority
