You will guide cross-functional teams, drive proactive quality planning, and address issues through audits, RCA, and process improvements.
The position offers impact by shaping project quality outcomes, mentoring disciplines, and coordinating with customers and project personnel.
This is a senior, independent role focused on delivering reliable, safe, and compliant project execution.
ResponsabilitàReview project artifacts to identify unique requirements and critical processes for effective verification
Direct and participate in Project Management Team activities to ensure product quality
Initiate and evaluate Project Quality Plan effectiveness and preventive measures
Lead Fit for Purpose evaluation for non-conforming items
Ensure resources and audit verification support Project Quality Plan execution
Coordinate daily with the quality team to secure resources for day-to-day activities




Develop Project Quality Plan details for customer requirements and integration
Liaise with project personnel and customers to address quality problems
Oversee As-Built Project Certification and monitor mechanical completion progress
Prepare lessons-learned and close-out reports for quality improvements
Conduct Readiness Review meetings across QA/QC disciplines
Participate in Root Cause Analysis of Project Quality data
Prepare weekly MOM and monthly reports; issue project-specific inspection documents
Plan Pre-Inspection Meetings with key stakeholders (Manager Assurance, Inspectors, Expeditor, Package Manager, Supplier, Client)
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred
10+ years in a field related to EPC
Lead auditor certification and experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
