In this role you will support high-profile energy and infrastructure transactions from Milan, spanning project financing, M&A;, development, contracts and due diligence. You will join a fast-growing Banking & Finance team of industry-specialized lawyers, gaining 360-degree experience in a cross-border, international context. Responsabilità
- Assist on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions in energy and infrastructure
- Contribute to project financing, M&A;, and project development activities




- Draft and negotiate project contracts and related agreements
- Support legal due diligence on energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment
- Participate in training and development within the team

Requisiti fondamentali
- Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110
- Recently acquired license to practice law in Italy
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Project, Energy & Infrastructure in a law firm
- High level of English (C1); other languages are a plus
- Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills
