OverviewAs a Quality Assurance specialist on site, you will drive quality improvement programs and uphold the plant's quality management system.
You will collaborate with Production, Product Development, and Quality Control to investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
You will lead product and quality reviews and support process optimization and risk assessments.

ResponsabilitàSupport and manage daily QA activities to drive quality improvement programs
Investigate non-conformities and root causes; implement corrective actions
Lead Product and Quality Reviews and assist in process optimization




Manage Management of Change and provide site quality trainings
Support maintenance of IATF ***** and ISO **** certifications
Assist with customer quality agreements, PPAP, audits, and action follow-ups
Monitor compliance of the quality system with internal and external standards
Contribute to external certifications where needed
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (automotive sector preferred)
Good knowledge of ISO ****:**** and IATF *****:****
Knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC) is a plus
Fluency in English
