ResponsabilitàLead and coordinate a team of 6–8 Account Managers across Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands
Drive commercial execution for new business and ongoing opportunities
Serve as interface between sales teams and internal functions (engineering, back office, top management)




Monitor and manage sales KPIs (revenue, pipeline, conversion rate, forecast accuracy)
Support key client meetings and strategic negotiations, including joint visits with Account Managers
Operate in a fast-changing, high-pressure, performance-oriented environment
