/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and monitor production activities, ensuring adherence to the seasonal production calendar and Sales requirements.
/li liTranslate commercial forecasts, Bills of Materials (BOM) and consumption data into seasonal production plans and order quantities, ensuring the appropriate balance between demand, material availability and production capacity.
/li liDefine and update the production plan in collaboration with Procurement, Product Development, suppliers and manufacturing partners, continuously monitoring any deviations from planned timelines.
/li liIdentify production delays or critical issues in a timely manner, implementing the necessary re-planning activities and corrective actions.
/li liLiaise daily with suppliers, factories and manufacturing partners, monitoring production progress and ensuring continuous alignment with internal teams.
/li liManage production orders with manufacturing partners, verifying costs, lead times, contractual documentation and the accuracy of all supporting documentation.
/li liWork closely with internal teams (Product Development, Procurement, Quality and Logistics) to ensure the proper management of information flows and production-related documentation.
/li liCalculate order quantities based on Bills of Materials (BOM), unit consumption, size grading and production loss allowances, validating purchase orders in collaboration with Procurement.
/li liMonitor deliveries, coordinate inbound shipments and evaluate supplier performance, preparing reports and KPI analyses to support production planning activities.
/li liSupport the continuous development of planning processes and tools,
contributing to the implementation and improvement of the company's ERP and planning systems.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 6 years' experience in Production Planning or Supply Chain roles within the fashion industry.
/li liStrong knowledge of production planning, Supply Chain processes and production progress monitoring across external manufacturing partners.
/li liGood understanding of fashion raw materials, consumption logic, Bills of Materials (BOM) and the main production planning processes.
/li liExperience managing relationships with suppliers, factories and international manufacturing partners.
/li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems; familiarity with production planning tools would be considered an advantage.
/li liFluent English, essential for managing daily communication with international suppliers and cross-functional teams.
/li liAvailability to travel to suppliers and manufacturing sites.
/li liFamiliarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to data analysis, production planning and data management would be considered an advantage.
