OverviewIn this role you will strengthen the execution engine for Human Sales & Interactions within BuBa, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans across sales channels.
You will lead the orchestration and rollout of human-led interactions to boost acquisition, activation and post-sale outreach, while ensuring operational discipline and scalability.
You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Product to improve performance, speed-to-activation and conversion.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at a digital bank focused on shaping human-centric sales experiences.

ResponsabilitàSupport execution of human acquisition and activation initiatives across internal sales channels and the Sales Network
Ensure cooperation between Human Sales, Operations and Product teams to support effective commercial distribution
Drive execution of commercial initiatives, campaigns and pilots, ensuring consistency and scalability
Improve inflow quality, conversion rates and speed-to-activation through structured execution and performance monitoring




Translate strategic priorities into clear operational actions and execution plans
Support rollout of new human interaction models, ensuring operational robustness and compliance
Requisiti fondamentali8+ years of professional experience in commercial roles, sales execution, or cross-functional project environments
Experience working in cross-functional environments and coordinating across Sales, Operations, and Product teams
University degree (preferably Economics, Business Administration, or related fields)
Availability to travel within Italy
Strong execution and results-delivery orientation
