ResponsabilitàCollaborate in a cross-functional team (Frontend, Product, Designers, QA) to deliver seamless experiences
Participate in product planning from discovery to deployment throughout the SDLC
Develop and enhance features, APIs, and continually improve products




Identify and fix bugs rapidly to maintain Deel speed
Deliver quality engineering with a customer-centric focus
Requisiti fondamentaliNode.js, TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency
Experience with at least one other server-side language
SQL expertise with PostgreSQL, query optimization, migrations, data modeling
Strong understanding of OOP and design patterns
Designing scalable systems to handle high growth and load
API development with input validation, JWT, and secure, scalable queue-based architectures
At least 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer
Remote collaboration and proactive communication
Ownership and autonomy balanced with teamwork
Clear explanation of complex technical concepts to varied audiences
