Support installation, start-up and operation of modern, highly automated production systems during the launch of a new manufacturing site
Ensure excellence in safety, health and environmental sustainability during construction
Develop, communicate and implement the Project/Site HSE Management Plan
Integrate HSE into project planning, operational reviews, design-for-construction and contractor management
Ensure compliance with local HSE legislation and Nestlé HSE standards
Establish risk management procedures covering worker orientation and training, risk assessment, method statements, lifting plans, permit to work and emergency planning
Monitor site standards, access, signage, health and hygiene conditions, emergency medical response and safe working practices
Focus on high-frequency risks and high-hazard tasks including work at height, critical lifting and hot work
Train and coach managers and team leaders on risk management, legislation and duties
Provide HSE guidance and coordinate internal and external SHE resources
Conduct audits, assess performance and drive continuous improvement
Engage contractor representatives, trade unions, local regulators, local communities and NGOs
Communicate with local authorities, communities and Nestlé management
Requirements
Proven experience managing HSE activities in active worksite environments
Responsibility for site safety, contractor oversight, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management
University degree in technical studies
Previous experience in complex construction sites
Previous HSE management in multi-contractor environments
Experience translating policies and standards into operational plans




Development and implementation of Project/Site HSE Management Plans
Specific training in Health & Safety or relevant certifications
Fluency in Italian and English
Previous experience leading HSE in a multiple-contractor environment
Previous experience in a senior HSE role on a significant construction site
Experience translating policies and standards into practical action plans
Experience coaching individuals and teams in different environments
Experience holding line or project management positions
Effective communication with different organisational levels
