ResponsabilitàUnderwrite new and renewal Construction business and assess complex risks
Negotiate pricing, terms, and deal structures with brokers and clients
Build and expand broker relationships and participate in broker events




Collaborate with Distribution, territory managers, and other lines to target desirable accounts and cross-sell
Provide leadership by setting high service standards and mentoring less-experienced underwriters
Support team development by coaching and training colleagues on broker networking
Requisiti fondamentaliProven underwriting experience with solid Construction knowledge
Ability to analyze financial statements
