The ideal candidate had solid experience in payroll operations in Italy and is passionate about identifying new ways to improve processes through digital tools, automation, AI-powered solutions, and data-driven decision-making.

/liliIdentify opportunities to streamline and optimize payroll workflows.
/liliExplore and implement AI-powered solutions to improve payroll delivery.
/liliAnalyze payroll processes and recommend automation initiatives.
/liliLeverage AI tools to enhance data validation, reporting, documentation, and process efficiency.
/liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement process improvements.
/liliEnsure payroll activities remain compliant with Italian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
/liliMonitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI developments relevant to payroll services.
/liliCreate best-practice guidelines for the use of AI within payroll operations.
/liliTrain and support payroll teams on new technologies and innovative working methods.
/li /ulh3Key Requirements /h3ulliProven experience in payroll administration (at least 4 years), preferably within a payroll services, consultancy, or outsourcing environment.
/liliStrong knowledge of Italian payroll legislation and regulations.
/liliAnalytical mindset with strong process-improvement capabilities.
/liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
/liliFluent Italian and professional English.
/liliExperience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, Power BI, or similar technologies.
/liliExposure to payroll transformation, process optimization, shared services, or digital transformation projects.
/liliKnowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) or workflow automation platforms.
