Set and achieve objectives for the team
Ensure work standards and process adherence
Identify improvement areas to optimize team performance
Foster team dynamics through communication, training, feedback and interviews
Manage and optimize team budget and resources
Communicate management decisions and priorities




Maintain technological monitoring and contribute to patent filings
Analyze competitive environment and market needs
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster's degree in engineering or equivalent experience (min 6 years)
Project management and quality experience with risk analysis
Mechanics, materials, and physical measurements knowledge
Strong interpersonal and networking skills; ability to work in teams and networks
Fluent English; Italian as a plus
Ability to work in multicultural, multidisciplinary environments
Autonomous, rigorous, organized; capable of uniting a team toward goals
Ability to synthesize information and present clearly
Experience with development processes (EPO) and regulatory compliance
