OverviewAs Senior Accountant in the EMEA Finance team (Milan), you secure accurate financial reporting and compliance while driving process improvements in a dynamic, international setting.
You will collaborate with local, central, and shared service teams to support month-end, statutory reporting, VAT and Intrastat duties, and audits.
Your work underpins internal controls and data accuracy across the region.

ResponsabilitàManage and review monthly financial reporting and support month-end and year-end closing activities
Prepare statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors and external consultants
Manage VAT returns (monthly and annual) and ensure compliance with local regulations
Prepare Intrastat declarations and support tax calculations




Coordinate with external tax advisors and monitor tax deadlines
Support internal and external audits
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
Collaborate with Shared Services on transactional accounting activities
Contribute to process improvements and strengthening internal controls
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally within a multinational environment
Strong knowledge of Italian and US GAAP and local tax regulations (VAT, Intrastat, withholding taxes)
Solid experience in financial reporting and audit processes
Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills
Fluency in Italian and English
