Requisiti fondamentaliExtensive experience in F&B; leadership roles within luxury hotels or international-respected resorts
Proven success in managing high-quality F&B; outlets, including staff supervision, financial management, and revenue generation
Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, including experience with NPS and LQA
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and manage a top-performing team
