OverviewIn this role you will support the employee lifecycle and provide an HR-centric experience in an international MedTech setting.
You will handle HR administration, payroll coordination, recruitment, and Health & Safety, contributing to local and global People & Culture initiatives.
You'll work closely with employees and managers to ensure compliant and engaging HR processes.
This is a hands-on position that shapes people experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive a positive, compliant workplace.

ResponsabilitàManage HR administration and lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts, amendments, benefits, and records
Coordinate monthly payroll with external provider and Finance for accuracy and timeliness
Serve as HR point of contact for administrative queries, benefits, leave, and processes
Contribute to People & Culture projects (engagement, training, digitalization, DEIB, change initiatives)




Lead recruitment processes for interns and roles with managers/Talent Acquisition
Support Health & Safety activities (occupational health coordination, mandatory training, documentation)
Assist in gender equality certification (KPI monitoring, documentation, audits)
Collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure compliance with Italian law, collective agreements, and company policies
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in Human Resources or related field
At least 3 years in a generalist HR role, preferably international or structured environments
Strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll processes and lifecycle
Fluency in Italian and English
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Proactive, collaborative, service-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information
Experience with Zucchetti and/or SuccessFactors is advantageous
Exposure to Health & Safety activities is advantageous
