Overview
Join Euronext in Milan as an intern supporting institutional functions around listed companies. You will monitor price-sensitive information, publish announcements, and manage data for corporate events, working closely with issuers, advisors and authorities. The role contributes to regulatory compliance and governance processes within a dynamic capital markets environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape market transparency and operate within a European, international team.

Responsabilità
- Monitor price-sensitive information disseminated by listed companies on Euronext Equity Italian Markets
- Prepare and publish Borsa Italiana Announcements with relevant provisions
- Populate the Borsa Italiana database for corporate events and dividend payments
- Check compliance with Euronext Growth Milan obligations
- Verify Specialist obligations
- Support interactions with listed issuers, advisors and supervisory authorities




- Assist in managing institutional proceedings such as suspension, delisting or enforcement actions

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Economics, Business or Law (or currently studying towards one)
- Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis, company and financial law, and financial markets and instruments
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong ability to work in a team and excellent autonomy in performing assigned tasks
