OverviewIn this role you help grow used vehicle financing by directly supporting and guiding the dealer network.
You will promote financing products, align dealerships with procedures, and identify growth opportunities to increase financing volumes.
You'll work across dealers and partners, translating field feedback into actionable improvements with the project team.

ResponsabilitàVisit and support dealerships and key market players in the used car financing process
Promote adoption of financial products designed for used vehicles
Assist network in understanding and applying financing procedures
Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement within the dealership network
Analyze dealership needs and propose aligned solutions
Facilitate implementation of commercial initiatives and strategies
Maintain ongoing dialogue with network representatives
Collect feedback and report field issues internally
Collaborate with project team to monitor activities and track performance




Contribute to increasing used car financing volumes
Define travel plans aligned with project needs and objectives
Monitor deviations from objectives and initiate corrective actions
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in engineering/economics
Proven experience in Field Force activities, Field Sales, commercial consultancy, or network support
Full availability to travel frequently within the national territory and assigned district
Knowledge of the Automotive industry and dealership operations
Preferred: knowledge of used car business and financial products
Ability to engage with diverse dealership stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
