/li /brliManaging the full sales cycle, including negotiations and transaction completion.
/li /brliConducting market research, property appraisals, and acquisition activities.

/li /brliWorking closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for residential developments.

/li /brliProven experience in residential property sales and/or the marketing and commercialization of new residential developments in Milan and the surrounding area.

/li /brliProactive approach, ability to work independently, and strong goal-oriented attitude.
/li /brliIn-depth knowledge of the Milan residential real estate market.
