OverviewIn this role you will own the end-to-end JML identity lifecycle within Campari, ensuring secure, timely access changes and enabling new joiners from day one.
You will lead the IAM Run/Service Delivery team, coordinating with HR, Cyber Security and IT domains to sustain service continuity and audit readiness.
The position focuses on optimizing IAM operations, including automation and licensing alignment with the SAM team.
You'll operate in a global context, balancing risk, reliability, and efficiency to support Campari's digital identity needs.
ResponsabilitàDeliver day-to-day IAM services and JML activities within agreed service levels
Manage third-party IAM L1–L2 support providers, including prioritisation, escalations, SLA tracking, and continuous improvement
Coordinate across HR systems, Identity Governance, directory services, ITSM tools, and downstream apps for runtime IAM execution
Execute SailPoint lifecycle events, including birthright access, access requests, certifications, exception handling, and data quality
Handle IAM incidents and provisioning failures, coordinating with platform owners and Cyber Security
Support access certification campaigns and readiness checks without owning certification policy




Monitor and report IAM KPIs (provisioning times, failed provisioning, certification progress) to stakeholders
Assist audit and assurance activities with evidence from IAM and ITSM systems
Collaborate with SAM to optimise licences through IAM events and reporting
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within Run scope
Coordinate with Cyber Security for privileged access onboarding/offboarding under PAM designs
Requisiti fondamentaliSailPoint IGA operational experience with lifecycle events, access requests, certifications, and connectors
Bachelor in Computer Science or similar technology
Minimum 5 years in service delivery and project activities in global or regional settings
Technical understanding of Active Directory, SAP, O365
Experience in end-to-end JML processes within a global organisation
Working knowledge of SuccessFactors as identity source
Directory services expertise: AD and Entra ID
IGA proficiency: SailPoint configuration, troubleshooting, data quality management
