Drive delivery and adoption of data, analytics and AI products with stakeholders and partners
Modernize data platforms, analytics capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions while balancing innovation, scalability and governance
Promote responsible, ethical,



and trusted use of data and AI across functions and ensure governance and compliance
Bridge business and technology to enable cross-functional collaboration and sustainable execution
Requisiti fondamentali5+ years in Data & Analytics, AI, Data Products, BI or related transformation initiatives
Proven ability to lead complex projects and translate needs into scalable data/AI solutions
Strong knowledge of modern data architectures and analytics platforms; Power BI, Python, Snowflake or Databricks a plus
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Strong business mindset with focus on measurable impact
Fluency in English; experience in international, dynamic environments
