You will cultivate executive relationships with MoD, prime contractors and system integrators, and align engineering, operations and compliance to defence standards.

Build and manage executive relationships with MoD, Tier-1 OEMs, and system integrators
Lead market opening and positioning, identify macro trends and procurement programmes for a sustainable pipeline
Oversee complex, long-cycle deal structuring and negotiations among diverse stakeholders

Requisiti fondamentali10+ years in senior BD or strategic leadership in Defence/Aerospace
Proven experience launching new businesses or structuring sales strategies in highly regulated markets
Active high-level network within international and domestic Defence organisations and primes
Ability to translate industrial manufacturing capabilities into compelling strategic value propositions
Deep understanding of Defence procurement, funding mechanisms, and international certification frameworks
Experience managing product qualification, validation or industrial certification processes
Ability to interact effectively with engineering and procurement stakeholders
